User Onboarding
Upon signing up for a free trial, users gain access to a robust set of features. They can personalize their experience by creating additional users, defining categories and workspaces, and crafting custom generative AI prompts tailored to their unique needs.
Content Upload
Users initiate the content creation process by uploading video or audio files for transcription. This step allows users to select storage preferences and ensures efficiency with a set limit of 100MB per file. The added option to translate both the text transcription and speech to other languages enhances the platform's versatility.
Process Initiation
With uploaded content in place, users can seamlessly initiate the transcription process. This process operates as a background thread worker, ensuring users are kept informed of each step's progress through real-time notifications on the user interface.
Result Viewing
Once the transcription process is complete, users gain access to a comprehensive view of the results. This includes the transcribed text, generative AI content, and insights from the custom-created prompts. A unique chat section allows users to engage directly with the transcription AI, fostering a collaborative and interactive experience.
Transcription Analysis
The platform offers advanced tools for analyzing transcriptions. Users can explore a detailed timeline of the speech, view diarization results for each speaker, and effortlessly update speaker information to reflect accurate names. The ability to edit timelines, copy to the clipboard, and playback audio further enriches the user's control over the content.
Download and Sharing Options
Users have multiple options for utilizing the transcribed content. They can download the transcription text, video text tracks (VTT), and subrip subtitles (SRT) for seamless integration into various projects. Additionally, users can choose to share the transcription publicly or privately.
Private Sharing
For private sharing, users have the flexibility to select specific individuals with access to the transcription results. The platform also facilitates user invitations by allowing users to enter email addresses and customize the invitation subject and body, ensuring a smooth collaboration process.
